BMMS Athletics 
To be eligible for participation in interscholastic athletics/spirit groups, a student must have on file with the school/principal, a signed physical form. The annual history and the physical examination shall not be taken earlier than May 1 preceding the school year for which it is applicable. All other paperwork: KSHSAA Eligibility, Code of Conduct, Concussion Release, and Insurance Compliance forms must be completed and signed in order to begin practice.
An athlete may not begin practicing until all the paperwork has been received.
Atletismo de BMMS
Para ser elegible para participar en grupos de atletismo/espíritu interescolar, un estudiante debe tener archivado con la escuela o director, un formulario físico firmado. La historia anual y el examen físico no se tomarán antes del 1 de mayo anterior al año escolar para el cual es aplicable. Todos los demás documentos: Elegibilidad de KSHSAA, Código de Conducta, Formulario de Autorización de Conmoción y Lesión en la Cabeza, y Formulario de Cumplimiento del Seguro, deben completarse y firmarse para comenzar la práctica.
Un atleta no puede comenzar a practicar hasta que se haya recibido toda la documentación.
